The FX desk at Marex Financial offers aggregated pricing in over 40 ccys from spot, fwds, ndfs and options including first generation exotics. We leverage over 30 years of bank relationships in order to offer quality pricing to our clients.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and manage a client base of corps, institutions and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange.
 Ability to intelligently sell FX including derivative transactions, provided necessary regulation requirements are met
 Work with other salespersons across the Marex network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell commodities clients.
 Proactively performing day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, client onboarding and proactively responding to any client queries as well as assisting the rest of the FX team
 Working closely and liaising with all the internal teams supporting the FX business within EMEA and across other regions (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding)
 Managing client post trade services/workflow
 Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the [AFM].
 Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
 Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
 To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
 To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
 To escalate risk events immediately
 To provide input to risk management processes, as required.

Skills and Experience:

 Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales
 Strong pricing and structuring capabilities
 Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable
 Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes
 Good knowledge of FX derivatives
 Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
 Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
