The Technology Department delivers differentiation, scalability, and security for the business. Reporting to the COO, Technology provides digital tools, software services and infrastructure globally to all business groups. Software development and support teams work in agile ‘streams’ aligned to specific business areas. Our other teams work enterprise-wide to provide critical services including our global service desk, network and system infrastructure, IT operations, security, enterprise architecture and design.
The Information Security team reports to the CTO and is responsible for protecting Marex data and assets, as well as providing security advice. The team is relatively small; therefore, its members have a chance to experience various areas of security.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join this team.
In the role, you will assist in monitoring access levels, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and ensuring that all exceptions related to access and permissions are thoroughly reviewed and addressed.

Responsibilities:
Role specific:
• Respond to stakeholder queries related to access requests, issues, and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Review and process exceptions to access policies, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Ensure various tasks for user accounts, roles, and permissions are completed by relevant teams by raising and tracking tickets.
• Support periodic access reviews to ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
• Stay updated on IAM best practices and contribute to process improvements.

• Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

Skills and Experience:
• Recent, demonstrable experience in the field of Information Security.
• Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and practices.
• Experience with user account provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and issue resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and systems (e.g., Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta) is a plus but not required.
