Purpose of Role:

The Futures Brokerage Analyst role is to assist in ensuring the accuracy of the firm’s Give Up Receivables and Payables and to help improve the turnaround time of these amounts. Manage processes AP/AR in both CME Give Up Payment System (GPS) and FIA Tech Atlantis payment systems. Asist with Aged Collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile the firm’s execution Billing System, People Soft (PS) to amounts settled in the Give Up Payment System (GPS) and FIA-Tech Atlantis.
  • Manage aged debt collection efforts for the U.S. entities
  • Verify trades for payment, allocate payments for coding in People Soft (PS).
  • Review existing departmental policies and procedures, and institute updates where needed.
  • Assist the team with the various ongoing audits (Internal, Regulatory, External) by compiling requested information on a timely basis and communicating responses in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
  • Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.

  • Experience with GPS, BPS, and Atlantis systems.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
